What an amazing team. My very first time at a spa and i have never felt more welcomed. My health issues got in the way of the massage i really wanted but nice to know they were that concerned to even ask. Beyond grateful for the time spent here. �
I have been using the Balanced Body Spa massages as my recovery system for more than 10 years. I put my body through lots of sports and exercise of all kinds. I think that massage is an important part of a healthy life for me. I get plenty of sleep, eat right, stretch, work out and prepare properly for my events. Augmenting all this with massage has allowed me to stay active a high level. i always have a good experience at the Balanced Body Spa.

Sunny has the best hands and the best bedside manner there is. As a nurse with fibromyalgia, both a great bedside manner and best hands are important. She finds every knot and crunch there is. No pun intended but hands down she is the best!
