A Master Behaviorist Kevin was recommended to us from our Vet last month as we were in great need of help with our four dogs. There poor manners and aggressive behavior escalated and after spending close to $3000 on trainers we were quite discouraged to say the least. Long story short two sessions later our problems were gone, not to mention Kevin is available through email and phone for post-follow up. Our kids loved his sense of humor. Two Thumbs Up! Kevin to the rescue We have had the same dog walker for 2 years. Our Collie began showing signs of aggression recently toward large dogs and our walker fired us. It came as quite a shock to us. We were at a total loss because we did not know what was going on. We hired a couple of trainers to no avail. After waisting over $1500 on trainers that could not help us we found Kevin's website through S.F. Gate online. He was patient and knowledgeable but most of all he understood the problem. After putting our dog in his Behavior retreat for 5-days and following up with his free private session the problem was fixed! Highly recommended.

Terrier mix saved from euthenization! I adopted a small Terrier mix last year from the humane society. Sara was scheduled for euthenization because of aggression problems. I found Kevin online and hired him to work on her at his Behavior & Training retreat. After 9 days I was amazed at the vast improvements made! I hired him as my permanent dog walker as well because he is not afraid of walking dogs that show mild aggression problems. He is truly awesome and very down to earth.

Aggressive Shepherd I first heard of Kevin with Balanced & Healthy Dogs in 2005 during the Orange County dog training trials. Kevin was considered even then one of the best in the business. It was hard to schedule with him due to his busy schedule. Thank heavens he is in the S.F. Bay Area now! I was in great need of his help with a recent German Shepherd rescue. I was turned down by a couple of popular trainers in S.F. who said "we are not working with aggressive Shepherds due to our insurance." I called the SPCA for a behaviorist referral who works with aggressive dogs and they gave me Kevin's number. Thank God. Problem was solved in two sessions!
