I have been a customer of Balanced Air for over 25 years. They have been fine until our last visit (5/25/22). They raised our annual membership fee 55% from $129 a year to $199. They didn't provide me with an itemized bill (to include discount amount), when asked. They claim I got my 15% member discount on the new $342.59 Single phase disconnect box (outside) and around a pound of R-410A Refrigerant ($84), but how do I know for sure.
