I have had much therapy over the past years in private practice as well as group therapy. Nothing has helped me as much as this group--in such a short time. Instead of talking about the past or present hurts or trials, this group gives you concrete steps in recognizing yourself and the steps --actual practices --that move you forward. I feel better than I have in year and much more hopeful that all the good work will continue for me.
