I couldn’t be more displeased. Butt’s was 40 minutes late for my first two appointments and TWO HOURS LATE for my 3rd, which was my final appointment as this was my last straw. My first appointment (in person) that he was 40 minutes behind on at 7 p.m. appointment (I had to be up the next day at 5 a.m.). He spent the first HOUR trying to sell me on Ketamine (which I don’t want at all) and some other therapy that’s a metal plate on your head. Dr Butt is a genius and so nice and caring. Ali, Clementine, & Kiki are very friendly and caring and smart as well too. I look forward to my sessions there each week. They are all so awesome! I love it there! Thank you so much!!
