Balance hair salon is really nice and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. I've gotten a haircut twice now by Erica and I was really happy with how it grew out after the first one (i don't get a haircut very often) so I returned for some maintenance. She is good company and spent just the right amount of time and care with the cut and clearly has a lot of experience. My hair felt really nice and soft and i appreciate the minimal product use. I feel refreshed and confident this cut will last a while, thank you!!!
The aggressive treatment with my hair was negligence and felt like Bullying. My stylist was Erica Lambertson. I asked for a consultation for detangling curly hair. Erica said she had experience with a man belonging to the Sikh community who had curly hair as well. So I decided to go ahead and stay. She also said she's had additional experience detangling curly hair for other people as well. Erica started aggressively brushing my dry hair and tangles.
