Matt has been cutting my tween daughter's hair for several years now. She leaves each cut feeling listened to, affirmed in her changing aesthetics and hair textures (especially as puberty is in the mix). Her hair is healthy and looks the way she wants it. We feel very lucky to have found a hairdresser who is so talented, thoughtful and kind.
Balance is a great hair salon. LoriJean is a wonderful hair stylist. She is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Olivia, the receptionist, is always pleasant and professional.
