I went to Balance Salon 2-3 weeks ago because of all the great reviews online but unfortunately I had a less than satisfactory experience. I asked for a balayage and trim which ended up being very choppy and unblended as seen in the photo. My hair was lighter on the underside than on the hairs on the top of my head and it also looked striped like a bad 90's hair style. Got my hair done. Wasn’t at all how I wanted and came back for a second time and it’s completely chopped and ruined. The color is blotchy and my hair is cut so choppy I have to go even shorter in length. The “stylist” name was Grace. I asked for a refund and she was completely rude and unprofessional and told me I was childish. I left the second time with wet hair so I didn’t know if my hair looked good or not. I made an appointment for a bridal hair and makeup consult and trial after reviewing their wedding artistry site. Site offered a bridal package for $150+ which included the consult, trial and day of services. When I made the appointment I also confirmed this. Amazing salon with top notch stylists. Niki does my Ombré highlights and nails it every time. She is all about the customer and hands down the best stylist I've ever had!
