Called Andrew for a vent repair on my roof that broke. He showed up the next day and got er' done for me. Great work.
after the huge wind and rain, we found water in our basement coming along vents from the roof. we called around to find a roofer and a professional company who was too busy, told us to try Balance Roofing and Construction. we called and Andrew from Balance was here in what seemed like minutes. when our house was built the contractor had put in very shoddy vents, now damaged by the wind, causing the rain to come in.. I had emergency with a large hole in one of my roof-vent. With the impending rain forecast I needed this fixed ASAP. When I explained this to Andrew he was at my home and fixed the problem very quickly. I was impressed with his professionalism and detail to the job . I would highly recommend his company.
Can't recommend Balance Roofing & Construction enough! I called them about a roof repair and they came out incredibly fast, right before a big rainstorm hit. If they hadn't shown up when they did, my attic and house could have flooded. The patch they did looks fantastic, the service was excellent, and the price was more than fair. Professional, quick, and quality work all around. Highly recommend these guys!
Our roof required some repairs after strong winds did some damage. Andrew came out and completed a full inspection and repairs. Very happy with the repairs and pictures that showed some wear on the roof. Andrew was a great guy to deal with.
