Waste of my time. I was referred by my ENT doctor who was a Tricare referral. Balance Point called to schedule me. Not knowing about the prior referral & if this was covered from that referral, I asked. I was told by them it would absolutely be covered. So I scheduled an appointment. Then I had other conflicts & had to reschedule twice. Finally, on 01/05/21, Balance Point called to make sure I was coming to my appointment the next day. I said I would be there.
