Balance Point has been great for us for over 10 years. The people who work there are great also. Eric came this time for winter maintenance on our furnace. He has been with Balance Point for quite a few years now and we are always happy to see him. He does a good job.
Knowledgeable owner and staff. Spent time to explain options, install new furnace, a/c and ecobee thermostat. Helped us with our existing steam humidifier, great service and the work is impeccable! Such a relief to find dependable, trustworthy company!! Thanks again Justin and team :)
My experience with Balance Point has been excellent. I had to have a new AC and furnace put in as my previous AC and furnace were over 25 years old and had finally failed.
