I called Balance Point a couple weekends ago when I had my ac unit unexpectedly broke down. They called me back immediately and had my ac back up and running within a few hours. Couldn’t recommend this company enough! Thanks again!!!
My experience with Balance Point has been excellent. I had to have a new AC and furnace put in as my previous AC and furnace were over 25 years old and had finally failed. 100 stars if I could. This is the third time Balance Point has serviced my AC and they have provided exceptional outstanding service each time. From initial contact to repair everyone is amazing and you're treated like family. My AC went out late yesterday evening, I called this morning at 8a and the tech was at my home at 1p. Didn't fix the problem. Gave me a recommendation to replace and the next guy/company came in and fixed it in 45 minutes.
Balance Point Heating and Cooling was such a great choice for our AC repair needs! I was able to call them at 8:00 a.m. when they opened and they sent someone out same day to get my AC fixed on one of the hottest days of the summer. Eric was super friendly and was fast and effective at figuring out the problem and fixing it for us. Plus he explained what he was doing so that I could understand the problem. Thankful for amazing service and a good price!
