My experience with Balance Point has been excellent. I had to have a new AC and furnace put in as my previous AC and furnace were over 25 years old and had finally failed. Balance Point Heating and Cooling was such a great choice for our AC repair needs! I was able to call them at 8:00 a.m. when they opened and they sent someone out same day to get my AC fixed on one of the hottest days of the summer. Eric was super friendly and was fast and effective at figuring out the problem and fixing it for us. Plus he explained what he was doing so that I could understand the problem. Thankful for amazing service and a good price!
I had the pleasure of having Erick as my technician to fix my furnace heater a few days ago, and I must say the experience was outstanding. Erick was not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind. His attitude was amazing—so patient and understanding. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could easily understand, which was especially appreciated. Everyone at Balance Point did an awesome job helping us get the Mitsubishi mini-split units installed for our room addition!
