I made an appointment because of all the good reviews. My first visit was useless and I did not go back.
Therapy has helped me process grief in a way that feels manageable and real. It is a safe space where I feel heard, while giving me tools to navigate life’s changes with more strength and clarity. I’m grateful for support I receive from Balance & Peace Family Counseling.
Jenn is a wonderful therapist. She is empathetic and kind. She’s a wonderful listener. She has the skills necessary to help me to better articulate my feelings and emotions but brings me back to a healthy place. I feel so blessed to have been able to meet with her.
Jennifer is so sweet and knowledgeable! She truly cares about others and she has such a joyful personality and a caring heart. I met a few of the clinicians that work under her as well and they were also really great!
