It's something outside the box. The menu is not very extensive but you can be creative with the proteins and veggies that can be added to your meal. We walked out of there full and happy.
This was our first time here. Our waitress greeted us at the desk, and took time to thoroughly go over everything with us. Our was the middle of the afternoon so there wasn't anyone else there. She gave us almost an exclusive service while we were there. She checked in on us at least three or four times and went above and beyond to help us. RecommendedThe service was good, our food arrived fast. I loved the tacos very delicious and spicey! The Brussels sprouts are very delicious. I hate adding anything to my tea besides ice, so not a big fan of the bubble tea. Next time I am up in the area I am eating at Balance.

the lady at the front counter was extremely rude
For a fast casual dining experience, do not go here! Took over 20 minutes to get our food and over half an hour to get my bubble tea! The staff were laughing and joking with each other while everyone was waiting excessively long for their food with no apologies! Very rude!
