Wow, Balance Mental Health Group is truly a safe place for healing. For the first time in my life, I felt safe and supported. This daily outpatient program is filled with compassionate clinicians and staff who cover all care needs from group to individual therapy and psychiatric care. The clinicians make adjustments to daily group skill building sessions to fit the needs as the group dynamic change. I went to an Expressive IOP here. I LOVED it, if you need mental health support and you like art, this is your place. From the soothing chill lighting in the room, to Jay (Jaeung) who leads the group (and is very talented with music and more) to great tasks to tackle to improve ourselfs. I learned a lot going here. I wish I could stay as long as I wanted. You will improve your mental health if you come here, and doing art or music while at it.
