I came in feeling hopeless after trying multiple things for my anxiety and depression. Every week was a struggle.I almost turned around at the front door.I got thru day one and decided to be open to and fully commit to the process.After completing my last day I can honestly say I am happy again and actually feel good about going back to work and living a better life.I can't thank Kyra,Andrew,Sofi,Lacy,Emma and Andy enough.Please give them a chance to help.Great Groups!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about this IOP program. I have so much gratitude for the incredible therapists, staff, and people I met along the way. This program gave me a safe place to heal, grow, be vulnerable, and learn tools that I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. I came in struggling, and I’m leaving with more strength, hope, and belief in myself. Thank you for reminding me that there really is light at the end of the tunnel. ❤
