It has a very quiet and calm atmosphere as soon as you enter the door, that I love! Emily has given me a few massage now and each and every one seems to be better than the last! (Like she is really getting to know my body and where the tension is). Emily does several different types of massages (seashell, hot stone, and others) and is very knowledgeable in each one! I love coming to Balance and I love my massages from Emily!!!
I had a wonderful Sea Shell Massage with Emily Patrick today. It was just what I needed on this cold day. I left feeling so warm and relaxed. I highly recommend choosing the Sea Shell massage.
Energy Balancing session with Sheila was amazing! This is the first time experiencing something like this. Sheila explained things to me and this made me feel very comfortable. My relaxing weekly massages from Mary do wonders at relieving my body from stress and keeping my pain at bay. The cool blue-toned colors in the recently remodeled facility lend to an atmosphere of calmness and serenity at Balance. I'm looking forward to the future offerings from Mary and her sister Peggy.
I've been a customer for a while and love what has been done under new management. Massage therapist Mary Deckard is fantastic at working out any kinks you may have. So if you want a great massage I recommend Balance Massage & Wellness.
I just had the MOST AMAZING massage from Peggy Stam! My shoulders stay very tight & tense all the time. I feel so much more relaxed after an hour with Peggy :) The atmosphere is so calming & adorable. Everything from the massage table to the music to the lighting was simply PERFECT! Thank you so much, Peggy! I plan to return again soon for another massage & also look forward to checking into their Yoga classes! 5 STARS for Balance Massage & Wellness Studio!!!
