Jacki is very skillful at finding the tricky spots that like to hide and the ones that most therapists miss! She has great technique and her space is so calming <3
I have had pain in the back side of my right shoulder somewhere between 10-12 years that came in waves. None of the therapies or massages I invested in until Balance Massage & Wellness has worked to rid of my pain. Jacki gave an amazing assessment of the issue (and one I never thought of) and was able to relieve my pain. I made it through days of hard work, work outs, volleyball, travel, etc. without the pain returning. Jacki is amazing and fixed an issue that had caused me pain for years!
Just finished up an hour session at Balance massage and wellness, it was my first massage experience and I have to say I was extremely satisfied. It had a very tranquil vibe. I highly recommended this location to everyone!
As someone who works out on an almost daily basis and has 2 demanding jobs, my muscles are usually in terrible shape. Jacki has been working on me for several years now and I can tell a huge difference in not only the way my muscles feel, but my posture and the way my muscles now react to my workouts. She is awesome at what she does and I highly recommend her to all of my friends, colleagues, and my fellow fighters.
I was to a point where I thought surgery was my only option for nerve pain in my neck and shoulder. Massage Therapy wasn't even mentioned as a treatment option for my condition, and physical therapy only seemed to make it worse. After a few weeks at Balance Massage and Wellness, they can expect a client for life. I am happy to say it has provided the best relief in the two years I have been living with my diagnosis. I feel human again, and I owe it to the care and attention of one fabulous massage therapist. Thanks so much.
