I went to Amelia for a prenatal massage at 33 weeks pregnant and walked out feeling amazing and empowered. She not only provided a great, relaxing massage, but she also taught me some techniques to help manage pain throughout childbirth. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and helped work on the strained parts of my body plus lymphatic swelling due to pregnancy. I would highly recommend her prenatal services!
The massages are great and targeted to my needs. Have had 3 massages since the summer and each one has been different and offered pain relief. Her council is also priceless. Great conversation that gives me perspective every time!
