Dr. Carl Jay is the best! I came in very nervous and he made feel extremely comfortable. He has the best bedside manner and was super professional. The staff was great and clearly enjoyed their jobs, they made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend

For some time now I needed a foot doctor but I couldn’t find one that I felt comfortable with, that is until I went to Balance Foot and Ankle. Everyone was so friendly and personable. My sister recommended this place to me. Jennifer will keep you laughing and she makes you very comfortable, the receptionist was sooo nice(sorry, I forgot her name😄). These ladies were the real deal! This doctor is highly professional, very knowledgeable and personable. Explained everything in detail and was very upfront on alternative solutions to my problem. I wish more doctors were like him!
