There are two things that I love in life knitting and massage. Balance Health Center offers the best massage in the city. I get treatments 1 a week. with a package deal. I also see Dr. Bernabei 1 a week for low back pain. What a improvement on my life. I sit for hours and hours and the only relief I get is with chiropractic adjustments. Hes a amazing doctor.

Im a mom of 2 kids, I have a very stressful life with 2 boys, work and homelife. I see Dr. Bernabei 1 x a week for back issue and stress. Boy do I look forward to theses chiropractic adjustments. BEST CHIROPRACTOR _get care, get results, get relief- get better – I have been to alot of Chiropractors , but Dr. Chris Bernabei, not only is great Chiropractor, but takes time to teach you how to take care of yourself. I was in pain and severe stress , I got great care and great results. I go once a week for my adjustments. I recommend Dr. Bernabei to everyone.
Best Acupuncture in town – Ive been trying to get pregnant for 1 year now. tried everything under the sun. Dr. Chris Bernabei is the best Chiropractor GETS RESULTS!!! – I have been to so many Chiropractors , who can't move a bone, and just press on the muscles..not good. I can stand that. YOGA Tai Chi and meditation without the stress-love their semi private studio – Balance has the most beautiful non pretencious studio. they have great memberships and you can choose any class from YOGA TAI CHI MEDITATION SPINAL BALANCE and more..lots of variety and hard to find yoga classes. There instructors are amazing....each knowledgeable and vibrant. Definitely the coolest YOGA studio in town not known. NAMASTE jolly
