Class was so good tonight! The length of the class was perfect and the atmosphere was so calming. Jamila is such a wonderful and patient instructor.
Jamila is a fantastic instructor!! She is knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She understands and respects that we all have different limitations and circumstances so there is no judging. The atmosphere in the class is very relaxing and you leave feeling peaceful, at ease with yourself, and ready to handle whatever comes your way!
Truly the right name for the boutique, I always feel so balanced after class. I am finding that I can't wait for Wednesday evening to come!!
I went to my first Yoga class tonight with Jamila! It was super nice. What a great teacher she is! I will be there for the gentle yoga classes as many Monday and Wednesdays at 5:15pm as I can get to!
Jamila is wonderful! She's non-judgmental, talented, and an incredible person. Her new studio is gorgeous and I highly recommend her classes!
Jamila's classes are perfect for anyone who is a busy business owner, high strung, and type A! It is a gentle class where you can relax and de stress for an hour in order to regain the energy you need to get back to your hustle!! I recommend these classes to everyone!
