I need flexibility and core strength especially in my lower back. Jamila was most helpful. This 58 YO felt comfortable and welcomed. I plan on going back soon.
This studio is a place of peaceful escape in the heart of downtown Palatka. Jamila and Mike are dedicated to making your yoga experience the best it can be. The studio is fresh, clean, well appointed and peaceful.
Mike is an excellent instructor! I love that he helps us build our practice from week to week.
