The crew over at Balanced Bicycle did a fantastic job on my '92 Giant Cadex. They replaced the bottom bracket, chain rings, cassette, chain and hoods, plus did the pro tune on the bike. Everything looks and feels great on the bike.
Most then just for quick stop for parts/maintenance. Experienced staffed that WILL get you what you want when you need it. Only shop for me.
