We used their services for ABA. Our son made good progress. He has now been receiving SCL and we are talking about him volunteering in the community. Supervisors try to make solid goals and consistently share progress. I learned a lot from the parent training component as well. He has made positive growth. I am thankful this organization has supported him and our family.
This place is absolutely horrible. We stuck it out for over a year and the professionalism just continues to decline. They don’t take into account a parent’s request when they ask you what’s needed. The people in charge don’t like to hear you disagree with them. You get the pressure to do something like a sleazy used car salesman pitch. I got harassed by one case manager through 2 texts and email all within 5 minutes, implying that I was a horrible parent. Then glared at me in the parking lot the next time I saw him.
