Had a terrible experience with the medical practice here. Found them to be very dishonest and not trust worthy, only seemed to care about money.
I was overcharged for a medical visit. I contacted the office and boy did I get the run around. Money is the only thing these people care about. Terrible and I mean terrible customer service. No return calls and the staff changed a lot here. Scary place!
I thought Dr. Fred Shaia and his son, Wayne are both very rude and unfriendly. Very poor people skills for them both, don't spend much time with you, poor bed side manner and all they care about is money, not about healthcare or preventative care. I was referred to Fred by his girlfriend at the time and I am sad I went here. Won't be returning.

Very little bedside manner when treating our newborn, no post op instructions give. Didn’t even look in her mouth in the room w/ya. No follow up phone call and very poor communication by their office manager. Avoiding phone calls for 3+ months is very unprofessional!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wayne Shaia for a while now. I came to find Dr. Shaia after seeing 4 previous ENTs who all said there was nothing they could recommend for my condition (Ménière’s disease). I am not one to take no for an answer and knew there had to be something that could be done. I’m happy to say that Dr. Shaia did have some therapies to try and they have helped to alleviate my symptoms. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable ENT.
