i have to thank this salon for being so fantastic. i surprised my girlfriend with a massage. She thought she was coming over for a visit, but i booked a massage with Balance (where she had massages before) and watched her kids while she got it done. the ladies there were extremely accommodating. I called a week before to see if i could pay over the phone w/ a visa for a friend's massage, give my friend the option to bump up to a longer massage if she wanted, but possibly not even keep the appt if my friend didn't feel like a... read more
