I have to say these are the best contractors I have ever used! About 5 years ago we did a remodel and they did the floors. They had to match some old flooring in the old part of the house and when the color wasnt just right and we said something (to the owner who was there allot) he told them strip it all done and do it again, not a word of hesitation. I have used so many hardwood flooring companies out there ( I have rental properties) and the workers were not professional..and they didnt do their jobs well. This Company was professional and the owner was at the jobsite ALOT (not sitting behind a desk somewhere).Balamar can do anything: sanding,stairs and made some beautiful inlays at my house. It is obvious that he takes pride in what he does. I would refer this Company to anyone.
