The receptionist answered the phone and said"what do you want?" I replied, " Hello, I was wondering if you accepted Ambetter insurance?". He responded, " No" and hung up on me. The answer wasn't the problem. It was how short and rude he was. The tone was almost as of he was saying how dare you call me and waste my time that question.
