I’m very disappointed to leave this review, especially after previously having positive experiences at this clinic. Dr. Ishan is a great dentist—professional, clear, and attentive—and the reception staff have always been courteous and helpful. That said, my recent experience with one of the dental technicians was unacceptable. I clearly and repeatedly informed them that I had a temporary filling and specifically requested that they not floss that tooth. Friendly and professional!
I rang for an emergency appointment and spoke to Han on the phone she was so understanding and helpful despite my many breakdowns during my call due to my fear of dentists. I saw Dr Ly he is so calming and sweet. I didn't feel rushed or like "just another patient" he took his time to make sure I was okay every step of the way. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel as comfortable and less anxious as they could.
Professional, friendly, reasonably priced, would highly recommended.
