Worst, Very Rude and Unorganized Balagan is very unorganized and the waiting time for his clients at his stinky office if forever. One time we were at his house till 5:30 to be attended for an 12:30 appointment and he asked us to come at 9:00PM. We drive all the way, and he asks us to come next day at early morning. worst cpa in US Owner is rude, bad manners,misbehaves if asked any question on missing document.Staffs were very junior,no experience, annoying and make you feel very uncomfortable as they walk around and talk loud. Tax preparation charges are too high, chances of missing documents too high.
