We have been here a while now and even though we loved it here before, it has improved even more with the current management team. The office staff that I have encountered so far (Ajee, Yazmin and Jennifer) are so kind, friendly, thorough and helpful. As I visited Bala Woods Apartments today, I was greeted with the warmest welcome and most radiant smile! In addition to her smile, Ms Yazmin was attentive, informative, and professional. Ajee is truly a gem! From day one, he has been incredibly helpful and attentive to any needs or concerns I’ve had. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to the residents make such a difference. He even supported my small business by posting my notary services on the community bulletin board—something that meant a lot to me and showed just how much he cares about the residents here. I’m so happy to call Bala Woods home and I honestly can’t wait to renew my lease for another year. This community is lucky to have him!
