I did a tour with my daughter back in April. The property overall seems clean and quiet. The renovations are kinda mix matched and I know these are older but I couldn't shake the dog urine smell and each unit we toured. The staff at this location NEVER answered phones they straight up ignore you calling. THIS WAS EVEN BEFORE MOVING IN . . i get once you move in but new tennats . . Think you would do anything to get them in. ... guess not. They do not respond to messages in timely manner. they tell you you get 1st months rent free then hoping you dont catch it say in your lease thats its the 3rd month. (This is where you screwed me) I will NOT be burned by this again .remember ALWAYS read the fine print. Cause company will screw you over eve... read more
