Despite the fact that I had to get my wisdom teeth removed I had a great experience. Very friendly/helpful staff. They answered all my questions pre and post op as well.
I have never met a dentist with more compassion and concern for his patients.
Initially, I felt anxious about seeing an oral surgeon. The moment I stepped into the lobby/receptionist area my anxious feeling left. The Bala Institute is warm and inviting. I received a pleasant greeting from the team. Dr. Madani was amazing! He immediately put me at ease - He throughly explained the treatment plan and all of my options. I highly recommend Dr. Madani and the Bala Institute of Oral Surgery.
I was referred as an emergency patient. I was so impressed by the kindness and courtesy with which I was greeted. I had expected to have to wait to be seen since I hadn't had an appointment, but I was seen almost immediately. Dr Madani was incredibly empathetic and listened carefully to what was going on and was able to help me. He told me to email him if I experienced any further problems over the weekend. I would highly recommend Dr Mandani and his staff.
I was EXTREMELY nervous about having an extraction done since I have other medical issues, but this procedure actually went MUCH better -- and QUICKER -- than expected! I was IN and OUT in about an hour and a half, and no worse for the wear! Staff was great!
Staff is AWESOME! Very pleasant environment. Thorough in their explanation of the procedure that is needed.
I appreciate how well each member of the dental team handled his/her responsibilities and Dr. Mandani using a cautious approach in deciding which steps should be taken given what he saw as my dental health need(s).
Very nice staff. Dr. Modani was very professional and upfront about explaining my diagnosis and treatment. He talks to also break the ice, to make you feel comfortable.
