The customer service was terrible.
I work in this place and human resources are very unhelpful. I am here the day I need help since I am pregnant and there is no one there. Why is it closed? Why did they go to lunch? There is no paper here saying what hours they have previously. They had better people working in HR and they were firing them. They are never there for you when you need them and it is annoying to have to struggle with this.
If I can give zero stars I would. As an ex employee ….Unfortunately, the HR is not professional at all or even care to follow the EEOC and they don’t even abide by their own code of ethics. They break ca labor laws and terminate/ retaliate against you if you speak up. They silence you if you let them know of a manager or supervisor complaint.
