BAL has been great to work with I’ve called a few times with questions and a couple of issues and they have always went above and beyond. I talked to Whitney today and she was awesome. Answered my questions and got my issue taken care of. This kind of service is rare in the RV industry. Thank you for setting a great example of how to take care of your customers.

I recently purchased a powered C-Jack kit on line thinking that the distributor was somehow authorized to handle their products. This was not the case. The product was shipped from a Texas warehouse to Pennsylvania in packaging designed for store display and customer pickup. As a result the switches provided with the kit were damaged.
