I just got back from an appointment with Dr. Low today! I was introduced to this dentist office by my auntie’s friend. I was in search for a new dentist because of difficulties with my previous dentist. If there’s one thing I can tell you, I’m glad I tried my chance with Dr. Low. He and all the staff that I have met working for him are so kind and genuinely have the patients as first priority. My partner Dave was having tooth pain a couple of weeks ago, after Dr. Bal checked him out she referred him for a root canal which helped with the pain. He had to wait 2 weeks for the tooth to heal and made an appointment for this morning to have the old crown removed. Dr. Bal has a state of the art practice and made his new crown and replaced it the same day. Dr. Rommel K. Bal is by far the best dentist I have had. She does great work and makes your experience really comfortable. I originally went to her for a second opinion from another dentist. She saved me a lot of pain and money. She will be my dentist now for good.

I love Dr. Bal, she’a very good at what she does. And she treats you w kindness. I found her on Yelp and she has 5 stars, like what? Who has 5 stars??! Is this even true? Yes it is! My husband is scared to death of the dentist. But she just makes him feel so comfortable and at ease when he comes to see her. I feel I am obligated to share my extremely stressful experience I had with this dental office since I made the request of the dental records on 6/7/2023 for my daughter who is insured under my policy. My daughter was a long term and loyal patient to this office since she was in the elementary school, even we moved out the area, we still drove my daughter at least 2 times per year to this office.
