My go-to restaurant in Charlotte. The staff are knowledgeable and patient. Necessary for me because I ask a lot of questions. I love food, i love this foodie heaven. it is fresh, a lot of flavors that just explode off your palate.. A nice break from the Norma fare
We have never been disappointed by Baku!! We went tonight for our anniversary with friends. Fantastic food, exceptional service! Safe staff and distancing observed by staff and patrons 🥰💜 the food was exceptional and I can't wait till my next meal from there!!

the best miso soup I've ever had, I love the pork belly as well and the sake and sushi were delicious. the Waiters are very attentive and knowledgeable. definitely going back.
