Was concerned about an issue. Was able to get detailed result back quickly to adjust medication.
Friendly on the phone but they filed my claim months after services performed and we'd changed insurance by then. Rather than telling insurance about the very late filing, I'm being forced to file with insurance. Most providers will refile for you based on the correct insurance information. I think if you messed up the billing in the first place you shouldn't place the onus on the customer. This company changes its name multiple times because of such bad reviews. Stay away.
