Placed an order over a week ago and have had no communication. I've tried emailing, calling all locations and the owner or anyone I speak to refuses to help me. I even tried calling the owners cell phone directly and he does not answer or call back. No one seems to care. The product is delicious (I have it shipped to the east coast) but not worth the HORRIBLE customer service (or lack of service).
If you like Baklava and are in the area you won't be disappointed. Best I've ever eaten!
