Sent in an entire mascot suit in all it's smelly glory and Bakker's cleaned it up like new! Sally, the manager, was a pleasure to work with and even cleaned the bags that we transport the mascot in for free! Got the suit in time for the next game about a week later (even I after I had her adjust the date after my mix up). Best of all it was only about $55 for all 13 pieces! Definitely plan on coming back for the fair pricing and excellent service.
Terrible service. Especially the location on Bellevue way. They do not take any responsibility for damages they make to your clothes. If they can't wash it they should confirm with the customer before taking any action, but nope not at this place. Plus they dont offer any sort of store credit to reimburse tou for your loss. I would look for another dry cleaners, stay away from this place. So upset.
