I lived in a townhouse rented from bakken pm... Drew and the lady in the office were amazing.... I lived there 2 years never had a issue, whenever we needed maintenance it was quick and everything was fixed right away.. when we moved out it was because we bought a home. Our move out was great the lady who did it was professional the few small things we needed cleaned That we missed she allowed us to get it done.. we got almost our full deposit back. I was just forced out of my rental after 3 years of never being late on rent. Then I was lied to by management and told I needed to get out because the new owners wanted to move into my unit. Just a few days after moving out the property was listed online for rent. Extremely poor business practice, be careful renting from these people !!!
If I could I would leave 0 stars I would. Very rude and unprofessional. We were approved until I mentioned my ESA. She is a 70lbs VERY well trained dog. She can do any task a service dog can. She is also my only pet. They said because she is over the 50lbs weight limit we need to pay double the pet rent. That would be 600$!!! WITH THE ESA LETTER! They said the ESA letter don’t over right the pet deposits and the weight. They are just plain out stupid and just want your money!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would I rented from Drew in the past and that is why I returned to him but alot has changed with his company. He has a woman by the name of Rachel she is the rudest person I have ever delt with on my move out she was supposed to meet me at 4 o'clock and she never showed up didn't call,text, or anything when I finally got ahold of her she try to say that she had wrote down the wrong day yet everything was in email then she inspected the town home with out me.
