Drew is super unprofessional. He is the only reason I will forever recommend not to rent with Bakken Property Management.
I bought a value add 51 unit portfolio in Williston. Theteam did the impossible and got all the units fixed, with a reasonable rate, and bumped rents. Not to mention, helped me thru the sale and transition to the next owners as well. We are actively looking for more deals in Williston because of how great of a job they did! I absolutely love this company. I've been here 5 years with them. I've never had one bad complaint with them. They respond to service request so fast. Very professional. They also added a new trash service this year, its ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The greatest service for us on the top floors.
