I called Bakken and they came over and helped me set up a plan that would fix the landscaping and stay within my budget. They did an incredible job and it was a complete night and day difference. They even went out of their way to find some plants that would be flowering around when the house was to be listed. House was listed and sold in 2 weeks, and the buyers loved the yard.
