Our reception hall, The Cotillion, uses Baking Institute for their wedding cakes as part of their reception packages. Originally, they double booked our appt. & had to reschedule. When we finally went in, we expected to meet with a designer or baker, but we met with an office person. She provided zero creative advice and more or less just took our order.
