I just want to say how awesome my Gluten Free Groom’s Cake and Wedding Cake was from Bakies! We had our Groom’s cake during our rehearsal at a park on a very hot day and it was great to have some Red Velvet cake for dessert. Gail and Pam worked with me in the weeks leading up to our trip to design this gorgeous cake. They accommodated my dietary restrictions with ease without sacrificing texture or flavor.
