Dr.Ali wasn't in, the staff that was there was very professional & informed.
Dr. Bakhtiar Ali is a very professional and thorough heart specialist. After seeing him I feel confident going forward with tests he prescribed and thst Ill be in the best care, trying to stay ahead of my cardiovascular health.
Everyone was kind, helpful and professional. I especially want to thank Brittany for her assistance when I called to discuss my situation about my appointment and treatment. She was extremely supportive and helpful.
I’m torn between a 2 and a 3. Dr. Ali is truly an excellent cardiologist, and his staff are wonderful to work with. If they were free to run their own practice, I would gladly refer them. But, unrelated to them, I’m seeking another practice because of how awful the appointment confirmation pestering and haranguing is. Even when I do all the check-in, payments up front, and confirmations, I am still barraged night and day with calls, texts and more constantly to ‘remind’ me that I have an appointment.
