We love the doctors and most of the staff, however, the wait times for a SCHEDULED appointment are sometimes too long. As I traveled to my son’s appointment today, a road was shut down, which required me to detour and be 8 minutes late, which I communicated to staff. They said no problem as long as it’s not more than 15 minutes late. I wasn’t more than 10 minutes late due to the road closure. Dr. North is a great doctor.
I’ve only been a patient of Dr. Willett’s for a short time, but I am very pleased so far. I feel like he truly listens to me and cares about my opinions/how I feel. He doesn’t seem to automatically push every medication in the book for every little thing like many other doctors do which I appreciate as someone who prefers a more natural approach to health.
