Former Student here, they have no idea what they're doing teaching wise in that kitchen. They have another former student named Franciso working in the kitchen and teaching when this lady named Ariolla stated "he isn't an instructor" like so why is he teaching then? he's a toxic bully who treats the students poorly but becomes super nice when speaking with anyone higher up than him.
