Waited four weeks for an appointment! Then the date of the appointment was supposed to be at 9:00 AM didn’t get my bike scene until 3:00 PM pretty unacceptable! Two other guys were there complaining of like type situations! They were extremely frustrated! That being said the service advisor did say sorry!! Wow !

Went there to look and get a price for a 2019 Ultra Limited. Told the guy walking by I was there to see one, was ignored! Stood there for 5 minutes and just left. Typical for this place. Happy to say got a great deal at Los Angeles Harley, 1000 times better service! Bakersfield Harley👎
