Great experience when I bought my Ultra Classic. Mark was a joy to work with, and everytime I went in to the dealership afterwards was always treated like an old friend. One time when I made a mistake and left my ignition on and totally drained my battery. Even after explaining what I did, I was given a new battery free of charge. I'm now back in The Pacific Northwest, but miss my friends at Bakersfield HD.
