Love Dr. Sinaie! I dealt with what I thought was just a horrible ingrown and got my whole toenail removed but when the pain came back I knew it was something more. Dr Sinaie figured it out fast and got surgery scheduled right away. Not only am I pain free for the first time in over 6 months but I have zero scarring and almost completely recovered less than two months after surgery! Love the front office staff also!
Terrible place They force you to pay $50 if you are late or cancel. But they do have to wait an hour to see you.
I came in today for my “ appt” at 3pm, it says I was in their system, but no appt had been scheduled, it was supposed to be my first time, I over heard them saying it was up to them if I could be fit in according to the dr. They just said no, and told me if I could be seen another day. So unprofessional, would not recommend them. Their office also seems surety and outdated. Office is cluttered with paperwork wonder what else goes on back there.
Dr Sinaie is a good doctor but that front office ,Heather is not a customer service caliber person,is so rude and does not know customer service at all,I wish I have a better option for podiatrist in town.I would recommend Dr Sinaie but hopefully you would not have to deal with Heather at the front office.
I had an appoint to see Dr Sinaie for a toe that had an infection.After I turned in my paperwork at the desk the girl behind the counter told me I would not be seen by the Dr. I had contacted Covid 19 back in February and stated that on my paperwork.She said I needed to have brought in a statement that I was clear or that I had been vaccinated for covid.At no time when I made my appointment was I informed about this new policy or when they called me to confirm my appointment was I made aware of this.The girl was rude when I ... read more
