Shelly Simpson, told me she mailed out my cancellation check on 9/23/24, after almost a week, I never received them, so I emailed her back and a few of her staffs, they gave me a run around, so on 9/27/24 they have to o put a hold on the check, they can’t re-issue until 48 hours, on 9/30/24 I went in and picked up the check, I was the same the check they had all that time, they never mail the check out to me, when it’s was so inconvenient for us, and we going to thru financial hardship, I hope we don’t have to do business wi... read more

My parents had a bad experience with Claudia, on 12-30-21. She was extremely rude and seemed upset that my mother was asking questions, and she snapped at her. My parents don't speak or read English so obviously they had questions about the paperwork involved. There was no need for her to act that way, we've dealt with other escrow offices in town and have always been treated with respect.

Please don’t use Bakersfield Escrow for your escrow needs. The escrow officer and their staff are completely unprofessional - they don’t communicate or respond back to their clients. A complete nightmare of a experience. Our escrow failed to close due to their “staff being out of the office” (even though their receptionist continued to say she is out of office & was working from home, answering emails etc. and will contact us back ASAP) - never happened (two weeks and counting & still nothing).
