I’ve been taking my taxes here for years and have never had an issue—until this year. I dropped off my tax documents and later received a call letting me know my return was ready and that the amount I owed would be withdrawn from my account on the 15th. Since I live an hour away, I asked if they could mail the paperwork, and they said yes, but I told them I’d try to come in. The 15th came and went, and no money was withdrawn.
