slow service, cold food it seems they don't care anymore different manager and wait staff every time I come in seems like it's turned into a training center I've been a regular ever since they opened, but no more

Had breakfast there this morning.. the food was awesome and the pancakes. Are incredible....But the best part of being there was our server Michelle... she was friendly, attentive,and had this smile that brightened up the day... it was really crowded ..And she did double duty doing clean up as well... somebody give her a raise... she deserves it �
The food and service were great as always, plus we were glad that they had Rasberry iced tea, which a lot of restaurants don't have!
we went to celebrate my birthday--- the waitress got my son and husbands order wrong - actually my son's incorrect twice!!!!! she never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks... she did not charge us for our son's but then he had nothing to eat!!!! it will be a long time before we go back to the Bakers Square on Harlem
They have Pumpkin � Pies get them while you can!
Great service and food. Used gthe coupon. Awesome. Love it
I accidentally ordered take out and decided to dine in. No waitress would look at me or ask how i was doing. Still left tip though for whoever cleaned up. Now I know that next time if I wanna dine in, don't go to the cashier.
